Meet Kola

I have spent years motivating and inspiring individuals to realize their full potential in their personal and professional lives. I’m a native Arkansan, and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Memphis and Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After beginning a career working for state and private agencies, I now continue to empower others as the Founder and Primary Counselor of Diamond Mind, LLC.

I have worked with an array of populations including, juvenile offenders, domestic violence survivors, and people with disabilities. While working as a Vocational Expert Witness for disability hearings, I would often hear applicants describe the difficulties they were having with adjusting to their lives since becoming disabled. I was bothered by the fact that as a consultant, I was prohibited from helping the client with these new challenges. Propelled by this desire to help, Diamond Mind Counseling was created.

I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Associate Counselor. I accredit my success to education, determination, and imagination; and I am committed to working with individuals and organizations overcome internal and external obstacles, enhance their natural talents and abilities, and achieve more goals by developing a Diamond Mind.
